Hamdan Hurricanes Win Pusher's Den T20 Tourney

Defeat Delhi Warriors in the final played at Gurugram, Delhi

SRINAGAR- Hamdaan Hurricanes on Wednesday won the Pushers Den T20 tournament by defeating Delhi Warriors by 20 runs in the final match played at Gurugram, Delhi.

Organised by Pusher's Den Cricket Club, the tournament was played at Pusher's Den Cricket Ground at Gurgaon (Gurugram). The finale of the tournament featured 3rd Umpire, DRS facility and live commentary by famous entertainer Raja Khan.

Earlier, Hamdaan Hurricanes, led by ex-Ranji player of J&K, Omar Alam, won the toss and decided to bat. The team managed 207/4 in the allotted 20 overs. Sahil Shafi scored unbeaten 108 and Numan Baba contributed 64. For Delhi Warriors PDCA XI, Lalit took 2 wickets.

In reply, the Delhi team was all out for 185 in 19.2 overs. Lalit Dahiya was the top scorer for his team, making a brisk 67. For the Hurricanes, Omar Alam, Karan, Suhail, Riyaz and Faisal took 2 wickets each.

Hamdan Hurricanes' Sahil Shafi was adjudged man of the match for his blistering century. Sunil Singh of Delhi Warriors won fighter of the match award, while as Omar Alam was adjudged man of the tournament for his all-round performance.
