Asian stock exchanges end Thursday’s session with high records

(MENAFN) Asian stock exchanges ended Thursday’s session mainly with increases after China's interest rate reduction and record high external exchange numbers in Japan.

The People's Bank of China reduced its key lending rates for company and house loans for two months in a row to suppress a decline in economic rebound.

The one-year loan prime rate (LPR) was down by 10 basis points to 3.7 percent from 3.8 percent.

Based on preliminary data published by the Finance Ministry on Thursday, Japan registered record high exports and imports last month, driven by robust demand for vehicles and higher energy costs.
