Settlement of Iran’s exporters revenue issue


(MENAFN) According to the TPO portal, Head of Iran’s Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) has stated that the issues about the responsibilities of the nation’s exporters for repaying their external currency profits to the nation have been settled.

Alireza Peyman-Pak also stated citing the solutions suggested by the Forex Action Committee that were agreed on at the 14th gathering of the Government’s Economic Coordination Council, "based on these resolutions, part of the problems related to exporters' foreign exchange obligations will be resolved after three years."

Based on the official, exporters which haven’t given the information about their activities since the Iranian calendar year 1397 (ended in March 2019), have been offered a new chance to hand in the stated information towards the end of the present Iranian calendar year (March 20).
