Doha: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani met on Monday with UN Special Envoy for Syria HE Geir Pedersen, who is currently visiting the country.
During the meeting, they discussed the latest developments in the Syrian crisis and the importance of continuing to facilitate humanitarian access to all Syrians, in addition to the importance of reaching a political solution that ends the Syrian crisis and the suffering of the Syrian people in accordance with the Geneva 1 Declaration and Security Council Resolution 2,254.
