(MENAFN) Occupy Democrats, a famous left-wing political support group that stands by the US Democratic Party, was held hiding remarks stating worries over slave labor when it supported sportswear firm Nike.
It supported Nike on social media when the firm warned to dismiss workers who did not receive the COVID-19 inoculations.
The group shared on Twitter, ahead of asking its supporters to “thank Nike for standing strong”, “Nike sends a defiant letter to its remaining unvaccinated employees that they will be FIRED by January 15 if they fail to get vaccinated against Covid. Republicans attacked Nike’s mandate, but the company held its ground.”
