This week, Doha cinemas will screen various movies ranging between horror and suspense, in addition to action and comedy, that are also screening globally. Among the films expected this week is the horror and suspense movie 'Scream 5', which is the fifth installment of the famous 'Scream' film series.
The latest installment revolves around a woman who returns to her hometown to find out the identity of a mysterious person who has committed many horrific crimes, directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett and stars Courteney Cox, Neve Campbell and David Arquette. The action and suspense movie 'The 355' will also be screening. The events of the movie revolve around a group of women who gather in a team called The 355, named after the first female spy in the history of the American Revolution, as they seek to stop a large conspiracy through a dark organisation seeking to carry out their plan to destroy the entire world.
The movie was directed by Simon Kinberg and stars Jessica Chastain, Lupita Nyong'o and Diane Kruger. Moreover, the screening of the Arab comedy For 'Zeko' will be shown. Its story deals with a simple family whose young son Zeko wins the opportunity to participate in the Smartest Child Contest, so they embark together on a journey to attend the contest. The movie was directed by Peter Mimi and stars Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, Menna Shalaby and Amr Abdel Jalil.
