(MENAFN- Oman Sail L.L.C) 8 January 2022, Muscat – The Oman Sailing Festival continues into January when the fun and excitement rolls into Hawana Salalah from 6-9 January 2022. For two days, visitors to the destination will be able to try sailing and windsurfing with Oman Sail coaches for free from 10am-5pm each day.
Ali Al Shuhaimi, Centre Manager of Al Mouj Sailing School and project manager of the Oman Sailing Festival, said, “The Oman Sailing Festival has been incredibly popular up and down the coastline so far with people of all ages reconnecting with Oman’s maritime history and trying the sport for the first time. Now we are heading south to Salalah and look forward to sharing the thrill of being on the water with crowds at Hawana Salalah.”
Karim Boushra, Hawana Salalah Destination Director said, “Everyone at Hawana Salalah is looking forward to welcoming the Oman Sailing Festival to the destination. To date, the Oman Sailing Festival has welcomed over 2000 visitors at stops across the country. After wrapping up in Salalah, the festival will visit Duqm for the final stop from 12-15 January 2022.
