(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh, January 5, 2022, SPA -- Saudi Justice Minister Dr. Walid Al-Samaani and Commerce Minister Dr. Majid Al-Qasabi have explored digital integration and the implementation of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) for commercial and consumer protection cases.
The ministers discussed enhancement of collaboration and the provision of simplified procedures for commercial claims,” the Ministry of Justice said.
The two sides also agreed to offer model commercial contracts providing ADR means such as conciliation and arbitration; prepare courses on up to-date commercial legislation; and hold workshops for judges and lawyers.
