Kuwait creates new administration


(MENAFN) Kuwait created a new administration ran by Premier Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah.

The state news company KUNA stated Emir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah shared an announcement to confirm the lineup of the new 15-member cabinet.

In line with the lineup, the ministers of defense external affairs, oil, education, endowments, and communications and information technology stayed in their posts.

Also, 9 new ministers were selected, as well as the portfolios of finance, interior affairs, health and business and industry.

In November, the Kuwaiti administration submitted its resignation amid a disagreement with opponent politicians.

Kuwaiti prince re- selected the retired premier to create a new administration.
