Ambassador of Algeria Dr. Mustafa Boutoura affirmed that his country and Qatar enjoy distinguished fraternal relations at various levels and in all fields, thanks to the wise leaderships of the two countries.
In an interview with Qatar News Agency (QNA) , he commended the distinct fraternal relations, highlighting the recurring political consultations between Algerian President H E Abdelmadjid Tebboune and the Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, as well as the visits between ranking officials at all levels, which reflects the great potential in the two countries.
The bilateral cooperation is witnessing a qualitative leap, embodied in the establishment of Algerian Qatari Steel (AQS) Company, which is a good example of the successful partnership between the two countries, in addition to Ooredoo Group in the telecommunications sector, which has achieved remarkable success in Algeria, he added.
He pointed out other examples of bilateral cooperation between the two countries, including several important investments by Qatari businesspersons in many fields such as agriculture, tourism, services, environment and other fields.
On future prospects of these relations, the envoy expressed his countrys aspiration for further enhancement of the economic cooperation between the two counties, through the establishment of effective partnerships in various areas.
