Musk attempts to dismiss Tesla Whistleblower charges

(MENAFN) The American Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced sooner today, it had launched an inquiry into Tesla after Steven Henkes, a previous Tesla sector quality executive, submitted a whistleblower suit claiming that the company was unable to correctly notify shareholders about the issues in the solar panel systems that might start fires.

Previously, Tesla CEO Elon Musk has been alleged of utilizing social networks to conceal accounts that Securities and Exchange Commission had been examining his firm by promoting a "Cyberwhistle," a classical whistle influenced by Tesla's next Cybertruck, a pointed and modern vehicle, through his private profile on Twitter.

On Monday at evening Musk's Cyberwhistles, like Apple's magic cloth, purchased quickly, but were quickly restocked.
