Jordan - JCC chief meets Indonesian constitutional court delegation over reviving cooperation

Amman, Dec. 5 (Petra)-President of Jordan Constitutional Court (JCC), Hisham Al-Tal, met Sunday, with a delegation from the Indonesian Constitutional Court (ICC).
According to the JCC's media office, the discussions aimed to invite the JCC to participate in the Fifth Congress of World Conference on Constitutional Justice (WCCJ), which will be held in the Indonesian city of Bali next year.
Both sides discussed the terms of the joint memorandum of understanding, which seek to strengthen mutual cooperation and exchange visits and related expertise, the office added.
For their part, the delegation thanked the JCC in its capacity as president of the Union of Arab Constitutional Courts and Councils (UACCC)
and a member of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions (AACC) for its support to Indonesia to host the WCCJ.
