Turkey, Azerbaijan plan to build university
(MENAFN) According to a Turkish official, Turkey and Azerbaijan began working on launching a cooperative university in Azerbaijan.
Erol Ozvar, the Council of Higher Education ruler, at a financial meeting held by Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), he announced “We are planning to establish a university in Azerbaijan. This university will be realized by establishing affiliations with the most reputed universities.”
He also said that building universities needs hard work, nonetheless they are trying to finish by the upcoming semester.
Ozvar added that every university course became online in the epidemic period, and declared “Since both our public and private universities have a solid digital infrastructure, we passed through this process well. There was no disruption. This was an extremely important exam for us.”
