Qatar - Hakkasan's new concepts for December

Leading award-winning Cantonese restaurant, Hakkasan Doha, has announced new inventive concepts and plans including the new Friday“Botanical Brunch Experience”, a chilled“Dim Sum, Then Sum Lunch” offering or a mid-week evening out. Hakkasan has also kicked-off the festive season early this year with a special menu running until December 31 along with its New Year's Eve curated menu.
The Friday Botanical Brunch Experience is in collaboration with one of the most renowned infused botanical brand makers in the world. This Cantonese brunch with a unique twist is available every Friday through December 24, from 12pm to 4pm, for QR498.
The Shou menu is inspired by one of the '5 blessings' signifying long life, happiness, and harmony. Featured are signature Peking duck, dim sum and small eats, main courses and chef's selection of seasonal desserts.
On December 31, the Botanical Brunch Experience will be transformed back to Hakka Brunch, available each Friday from 12pm to 4pm, with pricing starting at QR308 per person.
Next up is the special Dim Sum, Then Sum Lunch, available every Saturday from 12 pm to 4 pm, featuring everything from Roasted duck pumpkin dumplings to Wagyu beef puff and King crab dumplings for QR98 for three baskets or QR148 for five baskets, with three pieces of dim sum in each basket.
The exclusive 'Festive Pine menu' is priced at QR478 per person, inclusive of fruit blend, water, soft drink, and tea, and for QR648 per person. For starters, guests are treated to a dim sum platter, crispy prawns with mustard wasabi, the signature Peking duck, Crispy orange chicken with Beluga caviar, alongside many other dishes. The menu will end with the sweet 'caviar'.
The 'New Year's Eve Plum Blossom menu', will be available exclusively on December 31. The four-course menu starts with the New Year's Eve steamed dim sum platter, double-boiled chicken soup with coconut, and the Salmon crudo. The main courses include honey pepper chicken with bee pollen, charcoal grilled Wagyu beef with Asian sauce, barbecued Chilean seabass, stir-fry broccolini and the fried trio organic jasmine rice. The dessert is a pistachio financier. The price is QR448 per person.
