(MENAFN) Volodymyr Zelensky, president of Ukraine, reported that in spite of difficult circumstances, the country succeeded in preserving stability in the power industry and reduce the rising costs of housing loans and utility facilities.

He stated this while addressing Verkhovna Rada in a yearly declaration, discussing the internal and external conditions of Ukraine, as stated a Ukrinform reporter.

The president announced, “We have managed to maintain stability in the energy sector, curb rising prices for housing and utility services, and even reduce electricity prices for the population.”
