Palestinians criticize security collaboration agreement between Morocco, Israel


(MENAFN) Today, the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) criticized the newly-inked deal between Israel and Morocco that sets the basis for security collaboration, intelligence sharing, and future weapons sales.

Palestinian citizens have deeply criticized an arrangement that sets the groundwork for security collaboration, intelligence sharing, and future weapons sales between Israel and Morocco, with nearby country, Algeria condemning the agreement and calling Rabat’s pressures "unprecedented and disgraceful.”

According to a spokesperson for Hamas resistance movement, Sami Abu Zuhri post written on his twitter as of Friday, “the agreement between Morocco and Israel will jeopardize regional security, and will give the occupying regime the opportunity to escalate their attacks against the Palestinian nation, and to infringe upon the security of African people.” And he urged Moroccan authorities to withdraw the risky move.
