(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Nov. 28 (Petra) -- Minister of Foreign Affairs Ayman Safadi on Monday will chair the 6th Regional Forum of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM), along with the High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Vice-President of the European Commission, Josep Borrell.
The Forum, to be held in Barcelona, will bring together Foreign Affairs Ministers of the 42 UfM Member States to discuss regional developments and crises, in addition to the UfM Roadmap adopted in 2017.
Also on Monday, Safadi will partake in a European Union-Southern Neighbourhood Ministerial Meeting to review the progress in the implementation of the new Agenda for the Mediterranean.
He will also hold several bilateral meetings with his counterparts on the sidelines of the aforementioned meetings.
