(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Nov. 25 (Petra)-- Anti-Narcotics Department (AND) personnel, on Thursday, arrested a suspected armed drug dealer in Northern Badia after resisting arrest and shooting towards security personnel, according to a Public Security Directorate (PSD) spokesperson.
After close following up, An AND force raided the location, the spokesperson said, adding that the suspect, once he saw the security force, started shooting at the security agents.
He noted that the agents have found 6 firearms and an amount of crystal substance, adding that the suspect will be referred to the judiciary to take necessary legal action against him.
