Qatar Golf Association holds General Assembly


(MENAFN- The Peninsula) The General Assembly Meeting of the Qatar's Golf Association (QGA) headed by Hassan bin Nasser Al Nuaimi for the year 2021 was held on Wednesday.

QGA president, welcomed the attendees and congratu-lated the golf teams on their recent achievements.Al Nuaimi, opened the meeting after the quorum was completed, where Secretary General of QGA, Fahd bin Nasser Al Nuaimi, reviewed the agenda which included ratification of the minutes of the previous meeting.

The meeting discussed all proposals and plans on table, the report of the financial auditors, as well as a review of the sports activity of QGA for the year 2021, which includes participation in many regional and international competitions and championships.

The meeting also discussed the international tournaments that the QGA will organise in 2022, including the Commercial Bank Qatar Masters Championship and the Qatar Open World Golf Championship.

Fahd Nasser Al Nuaimi, Muhammad Ibrahim Al Mohannadi, Muhammad Faisal Al Nuaimi, and Abdullah Muhammad Al Hajri, were elected QGA members.
