Kerala Govt to organize Machinery Expo 2022 (23-26 Jan) in Ernakulam; MSME exhibitors can avail financial assistance
Thrissur, 24 Nov (KNN) The Government of Kerala is organising Machinery Expo 2022 from 23rd to 26th January, 2022 in Ernakulam.
Resurgent Kerala was chosen as the central theme of the program and Responsible and Sustainable Industry – Plastics, while Recycling, E-mobility, Renewable energy etc. was chosen as the focus area. The participating exhibitors from the focus areas shall be given Focus Area Branding on their stalls.
The main aim of the expo is to showcase the latest trends in technologies with an emphasis on machine tools, automation technologies, CNC machines & systems, SPMs and other advanced processing and packaging machinery for various sectors, said the release.
It will showcase technologies and manufacturing solutions for the promotion of micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
This exhibition will inform the entrepreneurs with the development on technological front with live demo of machineries and other techno commercial details.
Additionally, it will provide a platform to display the machines and equipment's for application in various sectors, for one to one interaction with prospective and existing entrepreneurs.
It will also help in brand building, developing customer base and customer relations
The chief organiser is Department of Industries and Commerce, Government of Kerala at Kaloor International Stadium Ground having area of 50000 Sq. Ft.
Machinery Manufacturers, Authorized suppliers of Machinery, Research and Training Institutes, Professional Associations, Trade Promotion Organizations and Technical Cooperation Agencies will participate in the expo.
The size of the stall would be 3x3 square metre with INR 25,000+ 18% GST ( ₹ 29500) per stall as its rent. Non premium stalls of 3m x 3m size were fixed at INR 20,000+GST
MSME-Development Institute, Thrissur under Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Govt of India is a major associate of the machinery Expo 2022.
On subject to the approval, the reimbursement of the stall charges will be done under Procurement and Marketing Assistance Scheme of Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Govt of India.
