(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Nov. 17 (Petra) -- The Cabinet on Wednesday approved the election system and electoral appeals for the Amman Municipality Council of 2021.
Under the system, the number of members of the Amman Municipality Council, the number of those elected and appointed among them, the conditions that must be met by the appointed members, their categories, and procedures for candidacy and election for membership in the council will be determined.
In a session meeting, chaired by Prime Minister, Bisher Khasawneh, the Cabinet approved an amended system for the administrative organization system of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship of 2021.
On a related matter, the Cabinet approved the general policy for entrepreneurship and the 2021-2025 national strategic plan and issued a circular to all ministries and institutions to adhere to it.
