LONDON — One Green Bean has hired a new managing partner as part of a string of specialist and leadership hires.
Gavin Lewis joins the agency after 10 years at Hope & Glory, where he was creative director and partner. In his time at the agency, he worked with brands including Ikea, Greggs, Facebook, Sainsbury's, Merlin, Disney, Tourism Australia, American Airlines, SEGA, Sony and Hyundai.
In his newly-created position at One Green Bean, Lewis will drive integrated, PR and social-first outputs for the Havas agency's existing client roster, including counsel around fit-for-purpose earned media creative, cross-channel story telling optimisation, and integrating social, content and influencers. He will also focus on the agency's growth.

He's a fantastic operator and his skills will be sorely missed by us all.” She added that the agency currently had no plans to directly replace Lewis.
