Doha - Minister of Social Development and Family HE Mariam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad met with Rola Dashti, the Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations and Executive Secretary of the Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA), who is visiting the country.
The meeting reviewed aspects of cooperation and ways of enhancing and developing them in areas of common interest.
The State of Qatar is the Chair of the ninth session of the ESCWA Committee on Women.
