US, UAE, India, Israel to establish forum for economic cooperation


(MENAFN) According to Yair Lapid, Israeli Foreign Minister, he agreed with his US, Emirati, and Indian counterparts to start a forum for economic cooperation.

Furthermore; Lapid stated that he and his counterparts gathered in an online assembly and "decided to establish an international forum for economic cooperation."

The official also said that the four ministers "discussed possibilities for joint infrastructure projects in a wide range of fields."

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken approved the online summit with Lapid, Indian Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, and Emirati Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, stating that they talked about "shared issues of concern in the region and globally."
