Premier League: Draws Mark 3 Matches On Saturday

SRINAGAR: Three matches of JKFA Premier Division League 2021 were played on Saturday at Synthetic Turf, TRC here.

The first match of the day was played between Downtown Heroes FC and Real Kashmir FC (R). The match ended in a 0-0 draw. Neeraj of Real Kashmir was named man of the match.

The draw was a disappointing result for Downtown Heroes who expected to take full points from the tie.

The second Premier Division match of the day was played between Kashmir Maharaja FC and J & K Bank Academy. The match ended in a 1-1 draw.

The goals came in the second half of the match, with Huzaif giving Bank Academy the lead. Kashmir Maharaja was however awarded a penalty in the 75th minute, which Kaiser calmly slotted in. The match ended 1-1 with Owais Ayoub of J & K Bank Academy bagging the man of the match award.

The third match was played between Novelty FC and SPDC XI. The match ended in a disappointing 0-0 draw for both teams. Alok Chohan of Novelty FC was awarded man of the match award.
