Srinagar- Top LeT Commander Umer Mushtaq Khanday was among two militants killed in an encounter at Drangal Pampore area of Awantipora in south Kashmir's Pulwama district on Saturday.
Kashmir Zone Police wrote on its official twitter handle;
One of the slain militant has been identified as Umar Mustaq Khandey, said police, adding that Khandey was involved in killing of two police personnel Ct Mohammad Yousf and Ct Suhail Ah in Baghat Srinagar early this year.
