I have also presented my dissertation proposal, How does Stakeholder Engagement and Social Capital Influence Project Performance Outcomes? at the Engaged Management Scholarship (EMS) 2020 Virtual Conference - Doctoral Consortium. I have over 20 years' of experience in the areas of Business Continuity Services and Project Management. I am currently employed at FIU as the Business Continuity Services Manager and Senior Project Manager in the Division of Information Technology.
