Doha: Qatar participated in the 7th meeting of the ministers responsible for Islamic affairs and endowments in the GCC countries, held remotely yesterday. Qatar was represented by Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs H E Dr. Ghaith bin Mubarak Al Kuwari. The meeting comes to consolidate the Arab-Islamic civilizational orientation in the Gulf society, through the promotion of moderate thought and the culture of religious tolerance and the promotion of the values of coexistence in light of the principles of the true Sharia and the principles of the tolerant Islamic Sharia.
