GEA Chairman Announces Launching Riyadh Season 2021 from October 20


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh, Sep 26, 2021, SPA -- Chairman of the Board of Directors of General Authority for Entertainment (GEA), Turki bin Abdulmohsen Al Al-Sheikh, announced the launch of Riyadh Season 2021 as of October 20, under the slogan #Imagine_More, as its events will be held on an area of 5.4 million square meters.
He said that a press conference will be held on the 4th of October to announce the details of Riyadh Season 2021 and big and unprecedented surprises.
Dr. Turki Al-Sheikh also said, "This season, organized by Saudi national cadres will dazzle the world, as it will include 7500 days of events, including 70 Arab concerts, 6 international concerts, 10 international exhibitions, 350 theatrical performances and 18 Arab plays as well as 6 international plays, in addition to one free wrestling championship, two international matches and 100 interactive experiences, in addition to 200 restaurants and 70 cafes.
Riyadh Season is expected to provide a mixture of exclusivity, suspense and modernity to make Riyadh a major hub, a preferred and stimulating destination that exceeds the local and global imagination, not to mention the contribution to the achievement of multiple national goals, such as raising the level of the entertainment industry sector, increasing its growth, creating job opportunities, enhancing economic return and attracting foreign investment.
Riyadh Season 2021 seeks to make the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia a tourist entertainment destination to consolidate its status as one of the most prominent and important entertainment destinations in the region and the world as a whole.
