In the midst of concerns about a de-globalisation process and a trend to turning inward at the expense of extending hands of collaboration, Qatar's words match its deeds as the country continues to look outward not only for its own sake but also for the sake of others and therefore the country under HH the Amir's leadership have been able to position itself as a beacon of hope,” the Ambassador said.
