(MENAFN) Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani raised an alarm to the global population to carry on communicating with the Taliban temporary administration in Afghanistan.
Qatari Emir during the 76th meeting of the UN General Assembly in New York urged sorting out the provision of humanitarian help from the political process in Afghanistan.
The Qatari ruler added "The international community must provide assistance to Afghanistan, and it is necessary to continue dialogue with the Taliban."
Furthermore, he declared that the worldwide society duty is to "work in a systematic and persistent manner to achieve a comprehensive political settlement" in the war-torn state.
