(MENAFN) The Investigative Team informed local media that more than eight people died and many others were wounded after a man holding a gun started shooting at a university in the Russian city of Perm.
The team that investigates big crimes announced that it started a criminal kill case after the assault in Perm State University.
On the word of the Interior Ministry, the man was hurt and is under arrest.
