(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Mafraq, Sept. 19 (Petra) -- Royal Hashemite Court (RHC) Chief Yousef Issawi on Sunday inaugurated a number of development projects in Ar-Ruwaished District in the northern governorate of Mafraq, which come within the framework of Royal initiatives and in implementation of His Majesty King Abdullah's directives.
The projects, financed by the United Arab Emirates, included housing units, a mosque, a secondary school and an intellectual development center.
Their implementation was followed up through the RHC's Follow-up Department of the Implementation of Royal Initiatives, in coordination with relevant government institutions and civil society institutions.
Issawi, who is also the head of the follow-up committee for the implementation of Royal initiatives, checked on a number of Royal initiatives projects that are being implemented in the area, and was briefed on stages of their implementation, and the level of progress on the ground.
