Algiers, September 18, 2021, SPA -- The Algerian presidency announced, in a statement, the death of former President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, on Friday evening, in Algiers, at 84.
The late President assumed Algeria's presidency from April 1999 until April 2019, after his resignation.
