Youth minister, Tunisian envoy discuss enhancing cooperation


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Sep 15 (Petra)-- Youth Minister, Mohammad Al-Nabulsi, met Wednesday with Tunisia's Ambassador to Jordan, Khaled Al-Suhaili, for a discussion on joint cooperation in the field of youth activities.
The meeting also discussed enhancing cooperation through the establishment of youth training and empowerment programs, holding mutual visits, and joint youth activities to be implemented in both countries.
Al-Nabulsi said that the ministry always looks forward to building a solid relationship with the Tunisia, stressing the importance of exploiting common values between the two countries, as Jordan and Tunisia have broad youth bases, common challenges and ambitions.
He added that enhancing aspects of joint cooperation between the two countries requires an organizational basis for the partnership between them through the formation and activation of higher technical committees that oversee the translation of the two countries' common visions in the youth sector within projects that meet the aspirations of young people in both countries.
For his part, Ambassador Al-Suhaili lauded the fraternal bilateral ties between the two brotherly countries, pointing out that the challenges and ambitions facing the youth sector in the two countries are similar, which provides an opportunity to enhance joint cooperation between them.
