China: Residence sector pursues to alleviate last month


(MENAFN) On Wednesday, Sep. 15 the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said, China went on with seeing its accommodation market alleviate in the past month under bettered market rules.

As mentioned by the NBS information, fresh home costs in four first-tier cities -- Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou -- grew 0.3 percent month over month last month, showing a lower speedy expansion from the 0.4 percent seen in July.

Costs of used accommodations in the four cities received 0.2 percent on a monthly basis, down 0.2 percentage points from the expansion in July.

A whole of 31 second-tier cities saw a month-over-month raise of 0.2 percent in fresh accommodation costs; whereas 35 third-tier cities witnessed month-over-month expansion in fresh residence costs stayed without adjustment.
