China: Real estate investment rises 10.9 pct


(MENAFN) On Wednesday, Sep. 15 information from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) demonstrated, Chinese investment in real estate growth grew 10.9 percent on a yearly basis in the period January-August of the current year.

When put in comparison with the 2019 rate, real estate investment rose 15.9 percent, setting standard January-August development for last year and this year at 7.7 percent.

The NBS information presented that investment in residential properties received 13 percent year over year in the January-August period.
