DOHA, Sept 14 (KUNA) -- Qatar and Egypt signed Tuesday an accord and a memorandum of understanding to buttress cooperation in postal and air transport realms.
The Qatar Post inked an agreement and a protocol for cooperation with Egypt Post and the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in air transport services, , the Qatari news agency reported.
The agreements were hammered out on the sidelines of the seventh meeting of the Qatari-Egyptian follow-up committee, which was held in Doha on Monday and Tuesday.
The meeting discussed a variety options to increase mutual cooperation and coordination between the two Arab countries. (end)
