Excellence Center for Training and Consulting organizes Workplace Etiquette training program


(MENAFN- The Peninsula) The Excellence Center for Training and Consulting (ECTC) at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies (DI) is organizing a training program titled: "Workplace etiquette," which aims to promote best practices and reinforcement of positive behavior in interacting with others at work, with the participation of 20 employees from the Regulatory Authority for Charitable Activities (RACA).

Mouna Babetti, Trainer at ECTC addressed a set of development goals related to workplace etiquette, and its importance in improving capabilities and raising productivity. Focusing on four main topics, including: Intelligence, emotional, body language and 5 senses etiquette. Which is concerned with introducing international standards in managing professional and practical situations.

ECTC Director, Dr. Ahmed Mohamed stated that this program is part of a series of training programs within the framework of cooperation between the Center and the Authority, pointing out that workplace etiquette is an important topic that helped staff to develop their knowledge and skills within their respective positions.
