(MENAFN) Local media reported that Egyptian flag carrier EgyptAir is going to inaugurate a direct flights route amid Cairo and Tel Aviv as of October.
Flights are going to be launched amid Cairo and Ben Gurion International Airport, for the first time in decades, the official Israeli Broadcasting Corporation network declared.
There will be four flights a week in the first phase, based on the broadcaster.
Flights amid Cairo and Tel Aviv were operated by Air Sinai since 1980s, a subsidiary carrier of EgyptAir, in unmarked planes without Egyptian flag.
