US-Bangla starting flights to Rajshahi from April 22


(MENAFN- Bangladesh Monitor) ​​​​Dhaka: The largest private carrier of the country US-Bangla Airlines is going to launch flights to Rajshahi from April 22, it said in a statement today.

The airline already started operating flights to five other domestic destinations – Chattogram, Saidpur, Sylhet, Barishal and Jashore – from today after the government allowed to resume flight operations across Bangladesh amid the lockdown following a 16-day hiatus to curb the spread of the coronavirus.

US-Bangla will initially operate one flight to Rajshahi which will depart Dhaka at 8:30 am while the return flight to Dhaka from Rajshahi will take off at 9:50 am.

The airline will operate the 72-seat capacity brand new ATR 72-600 on the route.

The oneway starting fare on Dhaka-Rajshahi route is BDT 3399 while the return fare is BDT 6698 including all taxes and surcharges.

Currently, apart from the domestic destinations, US-Bangla is also operating international flights to Dubai, Doha, Muscat, Singapore and Guangzhou.
