(MENAFN) Mehr News Agency quoted the former governors of the Central Bank of Iran (CBI) as saying that the president should not interfere in the country’s dedicated economic decisions that are made by the CBI.
The officials during an assembly on the sidelines of the Islamic Banking Conference underlined the requirement to discontinue pursuing the wrong policies of the past and to use treasury bonds to recompense for the budget shortfall.
The first and leading issue that the government should take into consideration is to have its own revenue.
