Also, instead of Zhuo Ruisheng, Hu Bin was chosen as a diplomat to Djibouti.
In preference of Sun Gongyi, Zhu Liying took place as a diplomat to Mauritius.
On behalf of Chen, Ma Hui was selected as a diplomat to Cuba.
