COVID-19 Related Cancellation Policy – For guests who are formally forbidden to travel on their booked stay dates, the resort will not charge for cancellation in cases such as being infected with COVID-19, or officially considered immediate contacts of a confirmed COVID-19 case or their primary residence is under a local lockdown. This policy is applicable for both refundable and non-refundable reservations.
