SIP & SHUCK BY THE COAST THIS WORLD OYSTER DAY AT ROCKFISH, JUMEIRAH AL NASEEM

(MENAFN- Mid-East.Info) United Arab Emirates, Dubai: Inspired by the flavours of the ocean, Rockfish, the Mediterranean beachfront restaurant Jumeirah Al Naseem, is welcoming guests to shuck and slurp their way through the finest oysters in celebration of World Oyster Day on Thursday 5th August.

Set in eclectic interiors and with spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf and Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, guests can enjoy freshly shucked Dibba Bay oysters paired with a refreshing glass of grape or bubbles. Farmed in the pristine waters of Dibba, the locally sourced gourmet oysters are grown in clean seawater along the coastline resulting in their distinct flavour – high in meat and low in fat for a delicious fresh taste. Identifiable by their white and gold-flecked shells, these unique oysters are part of the Pacific Cupped species. Their silky texture with sharp salty olive notes, umami tang and subtle hints of sweetness, create a myriad of flavours, perfectly complemented with a dash of classic shallot vinegar, for guests to enjoy for either lunch or dinner.

The restaurant is welcoming guests from Thursday 5th to Saturday 7th August from 12.30pm to 3.30pm for lunch and 6.00pm to 10.30pm for dinner. Priced at AED 110 (1/2 dozen oysters), AED 135 (1/2 dozen oysters with a glass of grape – white wine, rosé or bubbles) and AED 225 (1/2 dozen oysters with a glass of Veuve Clicquot).
