(MENAFN) Official figures demonstrated that the Chinese photovoltaic power generation surged 23.4 percent annually during the January-June period of 2021 amidst the nation’s attempts to climax carbon dioxide emissions and accomplish carbon neutrality.

Wang Dapeng, an official with the National Energy Administration said that during the first six months of the year, china’s photovoltaic power generation came in at 157.64 billion kWh.
