(MENAFN)A line with local railway experts, the import and export prices of products delivered by China-Europe freight trains has topped 20 billion yuan (about USD3 billion) by the border port of Erenhot in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
On Wednesday, the figure of China-Europe freight trains through the port stood at 7,187, transporting 610,000 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEU) of products.
The customs of Erenhot stated that the top export commodities in the first six months were manufacturing vehicles, electrical equipment, auto parts as well as household applications.
Moreover, an important channel for international cargo in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Erenhot Port, has nearly 50 China-Europe freight train routes passing by it.
