Qatar Tamil Toastmasters Club gets new executive committee


(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The new executive committee of Qatar Tamil Toastmasters Club for the year 2021-2022 has assumed office. The unanimously elected committee comprises president Vijay Anandh, vice presidents Gopalakrishnan (education), Suresh Kumar (membership), Shobaraj (public relations), secretary Regina Gopalasamy, treasurer Ravichandran and sergeant-at-arms Shanthini. After the installation of the new committee, the club held the first meeting of the year on July 13. President Anandh addressed and appreciated the efforts of the past committee in developing the club.“The committee will ensure providing opportunities so that the club would be the perfect platform for the members to develop and exhibit their public speaking talent in Tamil language along with leadership skills,” he added.
Tamil poetry and table topic speeches were delivered by members. The meeting was anchored by Regina, who cited poetries from ancient Tamil literature.
