Egyptian head, Jordanian FM talk about local affairs, ties


(MENAFN) Egyptian leader Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi and Jordanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ayman al-Safadi talked on Monday, July 26, about local affairs and collaboration.

The Egyptian Presidency revealed in a report, during a gathering in Cairo, Sisi and Safadi discussed the newest improvements in Lebanon, Syria and Libya.

The report added that they also covered the peace process in the Middle East and coordination efforts between Egypt and Jordan in this matter.

The two countries highlighted the importance of expanding efforts at the global level with the objective of resuming talks to settle the Palestinian crisis in agreement with global legitimacy resolutions.
