Borsa Istanbul’s BIST 100 index fell 2.48 points from previous Monday's close of 1,351.59 points, after opening the day at 1,355.54 points.
As its daily high reached 1,362.57 points, the index’s lowest rate in the day stood at 1,345.52 points.
With a daily trading rate of over 10.44 billion Turkish liras (USD1.21 billion), the total market rate of the BIST 100 stood at 1.01 trillion Turkish liras (USD119.4 billion) by market close.
